Scope: Handles operations of a single store of the relevant Brand in the mall.
- Organize the achievement of the Monthly Sales Target in order to meet or exceed the annual business plan objectives.
- Ensure the Store’s hygiene, housekeeping & maintenance are in line with Company standards, policies and procedure in order to create a pleasant shopping environment and uphold the Brand and Company image at all times.
- Ensure all brand specific and generic marketing and promotion activities are implemented in the shop and ensure timely setup of all promotional POS materials.
- Ensure adequate stock and range of products are available at the right time on the sales floor in order to meet the business objectives.
- Lead and motivate staff in the effective achievement of the daily store operations objectives in order to maximize productivity.
- Continuously train, develop and appraise store staff in order to ensure effective performance of their tasks in line with Company Standards and other responsibilities
- Education: University degree, additional education will be a plus
- Professional experience in retail or FMCG not less than 2-3 years on managerial position , customer service standards knowledge, strong leadership and organizational skills
- English preferable
- Full-time position, shift schedule
- 6 days per week /7 hours per day
