Job Accountabilities: • Safe start and shut down gas plant equipment • Gas, compressor oil, engine oil sampling. • Monitor equipment functioning, observe temperature, pressure, oil level. • Monitor and control the flow of gas through plant pipelines (natural gas, fuel gas) • Adjust temperature, pressure, level, flow rate, or transfer of gas to maintain processes at required levels or to correct problems. • Monitor and control operation of engine, gas, air, nitrogen compressors, pumps, scrubbers, separators, receivers, flare and drainage tanks, and refrigeration equipment. • Distribute gas for plants, using panel boards, control boards, and semi-automatic equipment. • Clean, maintain, and repair gas equipment, using hand tools. • Collaborate with control room operators, plant supervisor to solve unit problems. • Record, review, and compile operations records, test results, and gauge readings such as temperatures, pressures, concentrations, and flows, also turn in on shift, fill out a shift log (hand over) • Аbility to independently work with P&ID schemes. • Check and maintain the operability of PCV, PV, LCV, XV, PSV, Check Valves, Flow meters, Pressure Gauge, Thermometers. • Check, and cleane Safety tools: Breathing apparatus, gas tester, climbing safety belt. • Respond quickly and effectively to any emergency situations • Troubleshoot and repair any problems that arise • Always be responsible, to comply with health, safety and environmental regulations, to comply with corporate health, safety and environmental policies, work in accordance with PTW procedures. • "Komsomolsk" Oil fild (Mangistau region) 28x28
