EPCC project "Rozhkovskoye field development" As an HSSE Manager responsible for health and safety, environment, regulatory affairs, and security. During the engineering providing support during HAZOPs, developing and maintaining Project HSE Plans, following hazard identification (HAZID) for activities appropriate to the stage of the project. Reviewing design documents and plans across all disciplines to ensure HSE compliance and to identify specific hazards. Reviewing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and participating in public hearings to obtain positive conclusions. Reviewing the Environmental Impact permit document package, and reinstatement design. Working with authorized bodies. Obtain permits based on the project's need from the government such as Industrial safety conclusion for Detailed engineering design, archeological expertise, Approval of the project for the development of the territory of mineral deposits, Approval of the project in relation to water bodies,Coordination of communication routes at the intersection of forest belts, Coordination of mast structures with the Aviation Committee, radio frequency use permits and etc. Developing access control procedures and security management plans. Coordinating security works at the project.

.Ensures that the HSE management system follows HSE policy, guidelines, applicable standards, and instructions. • Develop, review and comment HSE related procedures. • Develop and lead the operation and promotion of an integrated management system, encompassing a pro-active environmental, health and safety culture across the field departments. • Controlling the implementation of HSE awareness programmes, campaigns in field departments. • Remain abreast of all relevant HSE laws, codes of practice and standards for the area. • Provide relevant information for monthly HSE reports to level II management. • Assist in development of audit plans, audit schedules. • Conducting internal audits and external HSE audits of contractors/ business partners. • Provide information to management about recommendations for process improvements and decision proposals. • Developing audit reports; present audit reports to top management. • Identify best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks raise safety awareness and improve safe work practices.

Lead RCA (root cause analysis) investigations to determine the fundamental cause of the nonconformity that may extend beyond the immediate cause of failure. • Performing data analysis necessary to determine the true root cause of a system, product or process nonconformity. Using the 5 Why and Why tree methodology due to investigation. • Meticulously recording steps taken in root cause investigation and record outcomes into and investigation tracking system. To be able to communicate technical information and understand the organizational and regulatory expectations in conducting investigations. • Gives assistance to the Project HSE Manager with local HSE requirements and assists in compliance. • Prepare trend reports and communicate findings to the core team, and upper management. Ensuring on time processing and compliance to prevent reoccurrence of non-conformities. • Conducting training and investigation process presentation when it ended up. • Conduct and co-ordinate 5 WHY training to business partners. • Review and comment on Business partners Incident investigation procedure.

Communicate with customers to effectively resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. • Contribute to development and implementation of strategic improvements, including from-scratch industrial safety program, to increase operational efficiencies while benefitting employee safety. • Sustain a safe working environment while overseeing duties of 80 employees and conduct risk assessments prior to job start up. • Ensure JSA's are completed, potential jobsite hazards are identified and discussed, and appropriate training and personal protective equipment is provided. Lead safety meetings to ensure staff understands safety requirements. • Performs safety surveys and inspections, prepares written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective and preventative measure were indicated and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.

Develop, review safety instructions and work instruction, procedures accordance with RoK legislation and standard requirements. Coordinate HSE officers on site. Coordinate HSE training officers, preparing plan/schedule of training for one year. Always update and maintain training matrix (data base). Discuss with third part Company about details of trainings. Preparing HSE plan and other documents related to HSE. Passing the audit from client from Bureau Veritas. Guarantees the first response in case of incident. Incident investigation, preparing all necessary documents accordance with Labor Code of RoK, reporting to Client, and State department. Maintain Incident statistics and violation tracking. Preparing working characteristics for any position. Maintain all documents as procedure, instructions regarding the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001.

Conducting safety internal induction course for the new personnel. Preparing and delivers certificates such as “Industrial safety, Safety and labor protect, Fire technical minimum, Electrical safety”. Performing complex of organizational measures on safety & labor protection in accordance with RoK legislation. Daily inspection of work place. Carrying out Weekly Walk Around conducted together with HSE team, investigate unsafe acts and situations and take measures to prevent recurrences. Fill up the form for replacement of PPE “Evidence of damaged PPE”. Attends the morning toolbox meeting, participate in routine HSE activities including corrective actions, investigations (onsite). Interface with superintendents or supervisors to understand the type of activities that will take place on a daily basis. Compliance with all HSE procedures prescribed by the contractor, with the provision of specified reports.

Conducting scheduled inspections of worksites. Monitoring for performing of highly hazardous activities such works confined spaces, working at height, lifting, excavation and etc. Identification of existing and potential hazards on worksite, implementations incident prevention measures. Participation in conducting emergency drills. Interface with superintendents or supervisors to understand the type of activities that will take place on a daily basis. Discuss and advise the Foremans and Supervisors for preparing of PTW, risk assessment and other documents for permission any type of work. Monitoring compliance of works performed to safety measures defined in specific PTW & Risk Assessment. Conducting inspections on fire fighting equipment, rigging/lifting equipment, electrical equipment, compressed Coordination with Construction Supervisors for implementation of corrective actions/ to identify hazard.
