- Develop work over/well services programs, plans and procedures, ensure the compliance with approved programs, plans and procedures of ongoing work over/well services activities in the field. - Organize, administer and assist in the work execution, abiding company corporate policy and procedures, Kazakhstan Statutory Health and Environmental and occupational sanitation regulations.

Well services engineer Responsibilities: • Develop work over/well services programs, plans and procedures, ensure the compliance with approved programs, plans and procedures of ongoing work over/well services activities in the field. • Ensure continuous equipment operation, consistency of the contractors and service companies activity • Develop programs and provide a technical and practical support for the programs implementation, abide by Health, Safety and Environmental regulations Experience gained with contractor companies as EXPRO, Schlumberger, Halliburton, Baker Hughes, KIOS, Sunbelt and Weatherford: • Well Testing and Clean Up – post drilling, workover, acid wash and frac clean up and testing the well. • Slickline activities – Set/Retrieve gauges, plugs, BPV’s (back pressure valve), Drift, Sampling, MPLT (Memory production logging tool), Fishing, Tubing punch and cut etc. • Frac – Acid Frac and High rate Acid Matrix Stimulation • Electric line – Perforations, tubing punchs and cuts, set TTBP (through tubing bridge plug) PMIT (Multifinger caliper imaging tool), SCMT (Slim cement mapping tool), PLT (production logging tool) , using down hole tractor in highly deviated wells to perforate, perform production loggings, setting of bridge plugs etc. • Coiled Tubing – Chemical treatment (acid, solvent, bleach etc) of perforations and open hole, fill removals, through tubing millings, setting of TTBP (through tubing bridge plugs), setting of cement plugs, fishing, nitrogen lifting, packer mandrel cuts, etc. • Pumping services – bullheading chemical treatments (acid, solvent, bleach etc), injectivity tests, killing, etc. • Through tubing services - provides BHA (Bottom hole assembly) including: CT connector, Motorhead assembly, Washing nozzles, Vortex tool, Rotojet tool, Milling tools, LEG (Lateral entry guide), Tornado tool, Fishing tools, etc. • WH Services – XMT (Chris mass tree) change out, install XMTE (extension), UMS (Upper metal seal) change out, pressure monitoring, etc. SCSSSV (Surface controlled sub-surface safety valve) control, monitoring.

Frac field engineer • Clear journalizing and scheduling of operations; • Control the movement of equipment from the base to the place of operations and vice versa • Organizing and conducting operations on the hydraulic fracturing and the acid fracturing control over supply of units and fluids to the location of operations • Monitoring the status of measuring equipment, perform preventive examinations and tests • Ensuring the maintenance of production processes and operations in accordance with the project, the rules and standards of HSE
