• Carry out periodical audits to ensure stock takes are conducted accurately • Responsible to control and monitor total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all expenditures are captured and properly recorded. • Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc. • Manage project activity scheduling and monitoring • Perform costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the budget. • Provide cost control and planning advice to the department team as and when required. • Participate in management accounting tasks (overhead variance analysis, costing corrections etc.). • Production and interpretation of timely and accurate financial results, budgets, forecasts and etc. • Support department manager with annual CAPEX / OPEX forecasting for both Client and Company • Coordinates and tracks all action items resulting from Client Audits, Internal Audits, customer feedback etc relating to all department activities • Analyze Department produced reports, suggest efficiencies and provide results to appropriate department managers • Analyse consumption data and implement min/max levels for stock requirements

• Perform other duties that comply with the held position, specialty and qualification as directed by line manager • Developing internal financial procedures for all areas of ESS operation under. TCO and Chevron-Texaco contracts • Performing on regular basis, stock takes in all ESS warehouses and units, comparing them with the book stocks and investigating differences • Analyze all areas of the business to ensure that the stock consumption figures are realistic and proper • Ensuring that locally purchased materials are being obtained at a reasonable price and meet certain quality checks • Any other reasonable duties as maybe required by line manager

• Repayment of a credit, running cost/benefit analysis, managing inter and interbank (state and international) bank transfers. • Consultation of customers about credit worthiness, customer document preparation, analysis of the credit rating and preparation of the expert opinion, monitoring of projects etc. • (WESTERN UNION, CONTACT, SWIFT) account management consulting services to clients for deposits and opening and closing of new and current account etc
