• Reporting to Project Manager • Attending all construction meetings • Regular Site visits to assess HSE Performance • Mentoring HSE Inspectors and HSE Engineers • Review all Method Statements, Risk assessments, JSA • Responsible for HSE Audits and Inspections from Clients • Tracking of closure of HSE non-conformances and reporting to the Client • Liaison with RoK Labor Protection and Emergency Situations Departments

• Coordination of Offshore and Onshore HSE performance • Preparing tendering documents related to HSE&S • Preparing Project HSE Deliverables as per the Contract and/or agreement • Leading audits from Governmental authorities: Emergency Situations, Labor Protection and Environmental Protection Departments • Conducting incident/accident investigations in concordance with RoK Legislation and Company Internal Policy • Participation in working out actions in preventing of accidents and occupational diseases on the workplace

• Conducting Pre-work safety Tool Box Talks for the workforce • Daily inspection of the workplace • Participating in Hydrotesting, Pneumatic test and Leaktesting operations • Inspection of safety equipment • Conducting Safety, Environmental, Housekeeping and Fire safety internal site audits with coordination of the Client • Analyzing site working conditions for potential hazards. • Conducting incident/accident investigations in concordance with RoK Legislation and Company Internal Policy • Coordination of safe work performance on the Site • Conducting PTW Audits and TRIC/JHA reviews • Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly HSE and Environmental Reports for head office and the Client • Generating HSE Instructions, HSE Plans.

• Conducting Trainings and Basic Safety Inductions • Conducting Pre-work safety Tool Box Talks • Tracking SAFE-R system (HSE Observation system) • Coordination of safe work performance on Construction Site • Preparing Minutes of HSE Meetings • Conducting Safety, Hygiene, Environmental, Housekeeping and Fire safety site audits with coordination of the Client • Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly HSE Statistical and Activity reports • Conducting incident investigations and preparing reports and acts in compliance with RoK Labor Code for head office • Preparing technical regulations for Construction Activities in compliance with RoK • Activating Emergency Response Team when and as required to the place of incident • Full coordination with Client Emergency Response Team Leader

• Translation of technical topics, safety inductions, Risk Assessments and work instructions • Interpretation on the workplace • Full control of incoming and outgoing e-mails and business correspondence • Translation of safety meetings and briefings
