Correct follow up of certification of all equipment on site that needs to be certified regarding (TCO) regulations and ROK legislations. Correct and accurate informing of management of new arrivals of equipment and commenced certification. To enter all new equipment in the fleet database, and make sure that all data entered, maintained up to date. Report on a daily base to the site supervisor about upcoming and executed activities.

Directly liaise with TCO FGP trainings department and FGP Contract representative for arrangement-required types of training. Develop training packages and delivery them to needed employees or as per instruction from HSE Manager. Create and maintain a log of all training for project employees. Initial training and refresher training. Develop Project Training matrix and keep up to date. Submit on weekly basis for relevant part of Project disciplines. Conduct weekly on site trainings with construction team members and promote TCO safe work practice. Send out requests to Local Trainings center for initial, secondary training needs as per RoK requirements on Industrial Safety, Labor safety, fire safety and etc. Consult High-level Project Team members during exercises on identification required trainings needs for new scope or high-risk activity. Establish a project culture where everyone believes all incidents and operating and that “Zero incidents” is possible. Acting as IIF leader in the Project. Responsible for delivering IIF culture to Project team. Promote IIF culture during internal trainings and Project Initial Safety induction. Be center for IIF communication. Maintain and open dialog with TCO IIF Team members for experience sharing and own knowledge improving. Submit on weekly basis report to HSE Manager and PM on employees’ trainings completions and requirements. Reports directly to Project HSE Manager. Support Construction department and contractors maintain compliance with the TCO procedures and standards. Advise Monitor & Audit Permit-To-Work (PTW) activities. Conduct site inspections, particularly high risk sites that should be checked daily for adherence to PTW requirements. Provide input into daily planning work activities. Assist in the production and revisions of specific local rules, standard operating procedures, operational instructions and HSE plans. Assist in the review and advice on risk assessments, method statements for the company and its contractors, and ensure their application. Mentor, train and develop trainees as and when assigned. Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment by following ROK HSE regulations and TCO HSE standards, policies and procedures. Set personal example to all employees regarding commitment and importance of PTW systems within the organization. Establish a project culture where everyone believes all incidents and operating and that “Zero incidents” is possible. Conduct training for small groups and individuals on PTW. Effectively integrate Permit-To-Work system into the project. Monitor and verify the effectiveness of the implementation and execution of the Permit To Work system. Assure compliance with TCO Permit-To-Work system. Monitor contractors PTW performance and ensure early resolution of issues. Reporting to the HES Manager on PTW/SIMOPS issues. Attend all PTW & SIMOPS meetings. Supply accurate data and reports regarding PTW status to the Construction management team.

To determine and analyze training needs of manual and non-manual SK employees. Plan, organize and manage smooth running of the training activities for SK employees. To make monthly and annual reports on training. Arranging internal and external trainings for SK personnel and also different kinds of technical courses. Assist in coordinating HSE training, keeping all the training records, evaluating the Results and ensuring that electronic data base kept in order. Controlling TCO badges of SK and SK Subcontractor employees, prolong them on time if they are going to be expired. To assist new hires, make sure that they get safety training and TCO badges. Assisting HSE Manager in planning and scheduling HSE Training Programs. Conducts Project HSE training for project personnel. Participates with supervisors/managers in departmental planning and development.High skill level in verbal and written communication.
