Kashagan Hook Up Project (Kashagan oilfield, * Supervise Material Control Personnel, Co-ordinated set-up & operation MIPS (Materials Integrated Production System); * Responsible for coordination and execution of all material control activities on a project basis. Responsible for receiving materials and issuing same back to Construction. Maintained these records in the MIPS; * Co-ordination of all offshore receipts, inspections, certification and storage of structural, piping, electrical & instrumentation materials; * Receiving and issuing materials to job pack specs, monitoring and updating stock level replenishment; * Liaising closely with onshore personnel, warehouse, etc to ensure no difficulties arise with shipping, air freighting or manifesting requirements e.g. dangerous goods, COSHH, etc; * Sole responsibility for offshore co-ordination of offshore hired equipment, small tools, rigging etc; * Maintaining hard copy files of all outward and backload manifests, dangerous goods and waste transfer notes; * Co-ordination of all back-loaded materials&equipment. Interfaced with Warehousing&Procurement to maintain milestones; * Sole offshore responsibility for coordinating all shutdown material requirements for construction, maintenance & operations; * Responsible for processing and maintaining accurate control records for major quantity/value of bulk piping, electrical, steel and instrumentation including tags and special items; * Responsible to set-up and operate a Material planning, warehouse and material status reporting system which monitors and reports isometric/plant area build capability and which will provide expediting priorities; * Accountable for the successful design, construction, commissioning, and ongoing operation of the Offshore Warehouses, which included; initial facility needs analysis, monitoring of Design Build-Team, development of optimum warehouse layouts and acquiring equipment and resource needs to support start-up of operations; * Responsible for strategic planning of stock movements to ensure anytime accessibility; * Management responsibilities include piping, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical equipment. Daily duties included maintenance of purchase order files and producing material receipts, damage and deficiency reports. Set up and supervised a permanent Kuryk base warehouse to supply material to the Hook Up modules facilities; * Responsible for the coordination of material control between Engineering Office and Construction Site, coupled with the design office turnover of final material identification that was performed at the job site. ;

Kashagan Hook Up Project (Kashagan oilfield, * Utilization and enforcement of materials management work processes and procedures as defined by the Project and ensure subordinate personnel are fully compliant; * Provision of competency and usage training of project resources in the receipt, storage and issue of materials within the MIPS system as well as the alignment of the associated physical transactions; * Execution or direction of the MIPS Site Module processes in a timely, correct and complete manner; * Delivery of site material reports, normally configured within MIPS, as required in support of the Construction Management program; * Support to the maintenance of Overage, Shortage, Damage and Quarantine registers; * Support to the maintenance of Traceability Records; ; * Delivery of MIPS work plan functionality in a manner to allow the Construction Management team to maximize the constructability program within the HUC Support Base; * Working in conjunction with Site Warehousing Operations in support of material issuance / handover of goods to the HUC Contractors, as directed by Construction Management; * Support of the surplus materials management through the delivery of regular and timely material inventory, usage and allocation reports to minimize surplus inventories. ;
