- Coordinating, controlling and participating in Security activities for improvement of the efficient and effective provision of contractor supplied security services within the EP Onshore Project. Ensuring the enforcement of Security, HSE and other company regulations compliance by staff, contractors and visitors. - Regulating the efficiency of operations in respect of Access Control procedures for vehicular traffic at the Main Security Gatehouse, Permanent Camp Security Gatehouse. - Ensuring the constant and efficient regulation and control of road traffic within the Karabatan lease area. - Supervision of contracted personnel located on static posts in the enforcement of security procedures regarding access and egress to company assets. - Roster and detail security mobile patrols and ensure adequate and rational use of contractor supplied vehicles within the Karabatan lease area. - Ensure effective response and operation of the contractor supplied Emergency Response Group. - Conducting of the security surveys and audits on various guarded and non-guarded facilities within the EP Onshore Project area by the management’s request. - Development of various schemes, foot patrol tours, mobile patrol schedules, allocation of the GTS points. Providing assistance to security contractor company in their every-day activities, to manage in non-standard situations, in order to avoid any delays for AKCO activities.

Responsible facilities: Plant KTL, SGP, SGI, Off Plot sites, OPZ Job duties: - Monitoring and providing access to TCO secured facilities; - Expediting business contacts between TCO departments and visitors; - Implementing vehicle and personnel pass issue procedures to access TCO facilities; Updating & amending of old procedures, passes; - Processing requests under the TCO UNIFIED VEHICLE PASS SYSTEM; - Controlling of issued passes in Data Bases (vehicle and personnel); - Control and update of DoA Lists with authorized persons on the sites in close co-operation with TCO Facility Owners; - Translation from English of e-mails and documents for team-leaders

- Responding to emergency situations on Tengizchevroil JV premises; - Implementing GERP (General Emergency Response Plan) procedures requirements compliance; - Check of call-out readiness of Emergency Response Team members by pager calls; - Participation in ER drills of various types; - Translation from English of e-mails and documents for Control Room; - Preparing of job documents, maps, schedules etc.
