Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management

* Managing top spend and critical suppliers for GM: setting performance objectives to suppliers (quality improvement, on-time delivery, lead-time reduction, cost reduction), KPIs, improvement targets and monitoring progress. * Preparing and leading quarterly and annual business reviews with key and strategic suppliers, identifying suppliers for development ensuring supplier capacity is aligned with the demand. * Preparing and managing negotiations with suppliers in accordance with the sourcing strategy and ensuring the negotiated agreements are properly executed and complied with. * Leading suppliers risk assessment, preparing annual supplier audit plan and monitoring its implementation, RWP follow-up and closure. Conducting supplier MS audits. * Identifying opportunities and implementing action plans to continually reduce waste (preparing and formalizing P&S procedures/workflows, monitoring P&S KPIs on GM level, cost reduction and process improvement intiatives) * Managing specific projects for the GM (Buying house, MM SRs transition etc.)

Galileo Procurement Project Champion for Geomarket * Developing and implementing strategy and tactics in line with the corporate business plan and market conditions. * Creating sourcing plans that secure supply and minimize supply chain disruptions, in accordance with Category sourcing strategies. * Leading tenders, RFI/ RFQ/RFP and bidding processes, supplier evaluation, qualification, selection and assessment, T&Cs negotiation processes, * Managing approved suppliers in order to maximize their performance in terms of cost, quality and lead time (SQ meetings, business reviews, audits, inspections) * Directing and mentoring new team members to effectively evaluate and select best options for the purchase of goods and services. * Client tender support, including back to back tenders, and sub contracts * Analyzing data generated by business systems, creating reports for internal clients and cost holders, holding SQ meeting with internal clients and following on RWP.

* Managing a group of Procurement specialists to effectively perform purchasing function within organization in line with the corporate procurement procedures. * Monitoring suppliers' performance and setting action plans for improving lead time, cost reduction and on time delivery. * Monitoring Open Purchase Orders and taking actions to ensure the goods/services are delivered and paid. * Managing Procure-to-Pay process and support Finance and Logistics in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
