• Work out various aspects of the work with the existing Invoice Generating Tool to define its full potential, as well as the limitations to generate the various trade Invoices, particularly, for Biofuels • Book the Trades based on all potential real-world scenarios for Biofuels from booking and netting the trades, scheduling the shipment/storage/movement, applying tax treatment and to invoice generating • Design and develop the Biofuels Invoice Templates based on the company’s needs and preferences • Collaborate with the business leads, arrange meetings and workshops to gather necessary information • Review the current Trade Confirmation Lifecycle • Suggest recommendations for easier and more automated Template Management workflow

I worked on the oil storage tank farm in Astana, Kazakhstan, where I had a chance to fortify and learn many things linked with my existing knowledge I gained in the university as well as understand more about things like cash flow and documentational record. I learned about the work of operators, safety systems, operation processes and monthly calibration procedure of the measuring equipment inside the tanks. I was mentored by the main technician who was explaining and teaching me the basics of his work and work of other employees that he was responsible for.
