Organization and participation in the implementation of measures for the prevention of road accidents and violations. Management of documentation and databases on road safety. Develop measures to prevent violations of road and transport safety rules. Monitor the implementation by the structural divisions of companies of acts and orders issued by state authorized bodies. Control over compliance in structural divisions of companies with state and internal regulatory legal acts in the field of road safety and safe operation of vehicles, as well as monitor compliance with the schedule for periodic inspection and repair of vehicles and heavy equipment. Collection and preparation of information for analysis based on the results of inspections, inspections of the technical condition of vehicles and heavy equipment.

• Overseeing CCC’s Motor Vehicle safety department in tengiz. • Monitoring the CCC project vehicles/drivers movements and behaviours and making recommendations to comply with RoK requirements and Project HES MVS expectations. • Providing Weekly ADR Summary report distribution to Management and Client with MVS analysis process. • Maintaining MVS dashboard; performing analysis of driving performance on daily basis. • Providing instruction and guidance to the CCC and the subcontractor drivers. • Attending scheduled motor vehicle safety meetings. • Conducting Spot checks on Mix Telematics for journey plan infringements and for review fatigue level in the drivers. • Organising the monthly blue driver’s awards. • Analysing and managing the Motor Vehicle safety Observations with responsibility of closing the observations in a stipulated time frame. • Providing Tool box talk in the weekly transportation day at the site. • Maintaining the CCC and Subcontractors Drivers Database.

Achievements:: • Have successfully raised the Blue driver’s score of CCC Company from 60% to 83%. • Provide MVS support to project teams and ensure that transportation contracting companies meet or exceed TCO MVS and regulatory standards and expectations • Engage with contractor driving workforce (meetings; toolbox, etc) to promote safe driving culture, improve driving performance, compliance to traffic rules and TCO MVS standards. • Support IVMS process to ensure positive trend in contractor driving performance. Ensure IVMS data is properly and regularly communicated to drivers. Coach contractors on IVMS issues. • Review unsafe driving events, provide recommendations and ensure respective actions taken to correct and eliminate unsafe driving behavior. • Work with local transportation companies improving their drivers, vehicle management and vehicle maintenance standards improving reliability and availability. Ensure driving workforce meet qualification and experience criteria and requirements. • Advice on road safety management strategies, traffic management planning and dynamic risk reduction strategies. • Communicate progress of MVS process implementation and continues improvement to key stakeholders • Improve risk understanding and assist contractors in developing their internal capabilities to develop and improve MVS. • Support contractor’s motor vehicle safety process through quality control and quality assurance. • Generate daily IVMS report for drivers doing violations and inform Road Rangers to follow up for actions • Record the daily violations related to MVS and FGP security reports and follow up with disciplinary action register • Coordinate with Road Rangers for the daily observations items raised by FGP & internally for follow up and closeout. • Generate weekly ADR report and provide analysis

Controlling Project document procedures and instructions; Sending and receiving transmittals; Creating and updating documents into registers by manual input in the database; Downloading documents from IMIS; Preparing issue transmittal notes; Assistance to QA/QC Dept. preparing ACTs and other documents for completion; Downloading &uploading documents (Drawings, Reports, Certificates, Checklists, etc.); Validation of workflow &ensuring paper distribution; Filing original signed documents; archiving; &updating document status.
