HRIS Advisor (HR Systems & Reporting)
- Act as a Super User of HR systems & related HRMS applications, and cooperate with
other HR users in appropriate coaching and support when required;
- Monitor continues operations of HR Information Systems and related applications;
- Responsible for continuous upgrade and development of HR Information Systems and
related applications in order to meet business needs and organizational model and
management system;
- Support implementation of new systems to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the
HR Organization (HRO);
- Ensure HR reporting and Statistics and development of HR System needs;
- Advise on continuous development of HR Information Systems to better support HRO
business areas and activities;
- Participate in the implementation of company improvement projects aimed to enhance the
