Office administrator/Travel coordinator
To work with documentations ( to send and write outgoing letters and register incoming docs, collecting all original docs) - Coordinate TSP travels (all employees of company). To Issue and book e-tickets, to book hotels, to arrange transportations. To organize for all employees to trips to vacations and to prepare monthly report, register in folder. - To prepare monthly report regarding receiving invoices - Register softcopies of e-tickets in folders (costs of flights, dates and the numbers of invoices) - Coordinate office equipments (to scan all departments documents, to carry out printer cartridges, to charge and order new cartridges) - liaising with staff, suppliers and clients(negotiating with suppliers and service providers) - To prepare regarding to system of company PR for ordered material( numbering, registering, and make hyperlink in system) - To receipt all incoming invoices ( checking and register to registration folder and distribute to accounting and logistic dept) - Carry out all Managements and HR’s tasks. - To order all necessary stationeries, foods and hold houses for office staff - Reception responsibilities; - Register all visitors of the company - Receipt all incoming documentation to Company - Work with express posts and KAZ post.( Sending, receiving mails) - The reception and distribution calls - Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management; - Coordinating with other departments
