Construction Engineer - FGP Pipeline Gathering System MSS & GATE Pipeline Scope The scope covers 31 (ranging from 4 to 24-inch dia.) carbon steel and PERT/polyethylene pipelines for the FGP/WPMP Gathering System. The Work consists of Gr X60 and PERT/polyethylene below-ground pipelines and their above-ground gooseneck sections, consisting of utility, various water services, multiphase and other hydrocarbon pipelines. Main job responsibilities: - Full technical support of the contractor during the construction period - Сhecking and approving pipeline method statements, including the proposed crossing methodology for each pipeline. - Working with the Land Allotment department, getting LA permission for construction activities. - Discussion and coordination with Field Operation of crossing and closures of existing roads during construction, remediation work near existing pipelines and partial opening of them. - Participation in the development and implementation of the groundwater utilization project. Construction and commissioning of discharge points. - Review and approve of Hydrotest Method Statements - I`m part of the V&V (Validation & Verification) team. Regular inspections before pneumatic work/testing of pipelines. - Development of Instruction To Contractors, Scope Of Work for additional work. - Working closely with the KPJV engineering team. Participating and holding a Weakly engineering meeting to discuss Site Engineering Query

The Well Pad Project scope includes engineering design, procurement construction and management of all activities required to hook-up new wells in the Tengiz Field to existing Meter Stations. Given the relatively small project team given the value of the total program, the project engineer role is considerable and expansive. Engineering - Coordinate interfaces with key stakeholders including FE leadership, RMG, FECG, OPS and Regulatory Agencies to ensure project meets schedule, cost and quality objectives - Ensure all inputs to design, procurement and construction are accurate and issued in time to support project objectives - Ensure engineering standards and compliance with RoK standards are followed. - Interface with Warehouse and materials teams regarding storage and handling of materials at site - Resolution of Site Engineering Queries or other technical issues, coordinating responses with stakeholders and subject matter experts as appropriate - Monitor all project –related risks and propose mitigation actions Project Controls - Prepare Project Cost estimates - Timely application of AFE approbation requests - Monitor project costs in coordination with FE data analysts - Contracts administration with engineering and regulatory contractors - Preparation and input of support information to TCO business planning activities including Annual Budgets, Contracts Review Committee meeting - Draft and issue Service Orders/Service Contracts for any engineering related contract work (topographical and geotechnical surveys, regulatory expertizing, vendor support, training initiatives etc.) - Monitor and approve Invoicing, Contracts, PO placement and warehouse materials issue requests in Ariba and JDE systems - Identify and negotiate (as appropriate) cost reduction opportunities with vendors and contractors

Tecnomare Kazakhstan Branch, town of Aksai, West Kazakhstan Region Position: Инженер-строитель Job Duties: • Taking part in collecting the design input data, in resolving technical issues related to the assigned construction sites during the entire design and construction period. • Develop separate parts (sections) of the design project. • Align the civil and structural design concepts with design concepts related to other disciplines (design sections). • Ensure that the design projects and technical documentation comply with standards, specifications and other regulatory documents related to design and construction, as well as the technical assignment, I also work with the leveling instrument. • Drafting the drawings for the civil part of the wells hook up design projects: (plot layouts, layout drawings, location vertical grading, sites improvements, layouts and details of foundations, cable trenches, metal structures, designing roads, drafting detailed drawings of roads profiles and cross sections, diagrams for allocation of technical devices for arrangement of road traffic, all in accordance with requirements of Republic of Kazakhstan regulatory documents.

• To produce works schedules, orders, requisitions, instructions, explanatory notes, maps, diagrams, other technical documentation, as well as required reports in accordance with approved forms and by specified dates. • To monitor compliance with the existing requirements, norms, rules and standards. • To take part in reviewing and approval of as built changes to design concepts, and as required to promptly resolve issues on replacement of materials, items and structures with equivalent ones. • To draft design cost estimate documentation for additional works. • To interface with outside companies for prompt resolution of issues within my remit. • To suspend construction and installation works if they do not conform with the specified requirements and technical norms and also acted as a senior foreman during construction of the pipeline and two pump station as well as during the construction of the residential complex "Aviator" in the city of Aktobe.

• Company provides topographic – geodetic services and services on drafting detailed maps of large cities of Kazakhstan. • I intensively used Auto Cad software for outlining and compiling city’s sections and afterwards for integrating all areas in one consolidated map of such cities as Almaty.
