- Responsible for hydro, air and leak test of all equipments ( valves, PSV, vessel etc.) -Responsible for all day to day workshop activities. -Extensive working practice in overhaul, inspection and certification of various types, sizes and pressure rating of general and control valves; - Preparation route cards with pressure test for all valves,PSV,vessel and tanks for further hydro and leak testing - Work with P&ID,Drawings and Data sheets -Inspection of parts, measurements of components and providing with engineering solutions for all types of valves; -Inspection and QA checks on already machined or new components in accordance with standards prior assembly the valves; -Witnessing machining of valve components; -Preparing the valve failure investigation reports; -Final QA inspection before dispatching the goods. -Experienced on all type of The valves in Oil and Gas industry process Valves like; PSV, PRV, Control Valve, Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, Globe Valves, Gate Valves, size’s from ½” to 42” rating and class 150, 300,600, 900, 1500, 2500 inspecting, giving root cause of failure report, testing again standards API526, 527 API598, ANSI, ISO5208, 6D

-Receive/check-in, check-out/disburse and documents, all items entering/leaving the Mechanical Workshop (Valves, spare parts, materials, Special tools, blinds/spades etc.), assure all Workshop areas are clean/organized and that each item is placed into proper designated place; -Overall organizing/maintaining of “Bag&Tag area; -Create designated area for spares required for “Frozen Plan Week”; -Using established “Valve Repair Flowchart”, work with Valve Foreman, QA-QC Engineer, Document Controller, Valve repair specialist; -Organize and maintain both Supply rooms (Workshop tools/spares & Welding supplies) as well as the caged storage area; -Work with Machining Specialist to organize/take inventory all special Machining tools/parts for lathes, boring machine, milling machine, drilling machines, stand-up grinder units etc. ; -Coordinate movement of scrap items (valves, scrap metal, scrap pumps/motors/compressors etc.) to Scrap facility;

Under direction, performs a variety of shipping/receiving, stocking activities; stores and distributes; supplies and equipment; maintains inventory and stock records; may serve as a lead worker to other classified staff in the area; perform related work as required. Modern warehouse procedures, including methods of proper and orderly storage and issuance of materials; create databases.
