• Maintaining, reconciliation and analyses of company time writing system. • Provision of headcount (HC) and equipment tracking report to Client during Turnaround event involving • Prepare and support internal and external financial audits in compliance with GAAP and/or other regulatory requirements •Perform commercial analysis by working with various teams.

• Prepare payments by verifying documentation and approved delivery notes • Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure • Monthly financial and tax reporting • Review of commercial proposals from contractors, perform commercial analysis by working with company Construction team • Attend monthly meetings with Construction team to discuss progress and performance on existing contracts. • Support periodic internal project audits, outside project audits.

• Prepare new-hire paperwork, maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements • Assist in hiring process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and performing telephone interviews and reference checks • Route applications to hiring managers for review, monitor process and keep employee records up to date

• Coordination of company contracting and accounting activities on site including compliance with state Accounting policies and procedures • Support periodic internal project audits, outside project audits. • Attend weekly meetings with Construction team to discuss progress and performance on existing contracts. • Preparation financial reports, Contracts expenditure and expiration report on a weekly basis • Preparation for annual stock counts & audits
