The Site Technical FM Supervisor shall be responsible to ensure all FM activities are effectively managed at the assigned work scope. Roles and responsibilities include: TCO and Contractor point of contact for FM issues and actions at assigned project area: Gather construction schedule and milestone information from the Project teams and forward to Site Project Manager and Engineer. Coordination of FM activities and Halliburton personnel at the worksite. Review contractors craft training programs and FM procedures. Conduct sample audit/ surveillance on FM witnessing activities for all criticality work scopes. Coach and mentor Senior Inspectors & Site Inspectors ensure a consistent standard of FM is achieved. Provide feedback to the Site Project Manager and TCO Project Quality Team on issues and concerns. Complete daily operational reports and issue to the Site Project Manager. Ensure anomalies are reported to Project Quality teams and effectively closed-out in a timely manner. Support the Engineer in resolving queries/issues regarding onsite commissioning activities. Provide weekly and monthly reports detailing all flange surveillance within their work area to Site Project Manager and TCO quality team. Attend all scheduling and quality meetings where aspects of flange management are included. Attend Weekly flange management meeting in PMT office and present the weekly report key items. Coordinate sign-off of respective FM Summary reports - Pre-Hydro, MC & RFSU.

The Senior Site FM inspector is predominantly responsible to conduct physical FM oversight of Contractor bolting activities in the field. - Conduct daily toolbox talks at site location to the workforce. - Assisting the Site Technical Supervisor in assigning the daily workload. - Provide mentoring and advice to Site Technicians. - Review and verify Contractor personnel competence and equipment calibration records prior to bolting activities. - Complete QVD at the point of work and ensure timely issue to the Data Entry Technician. - Report on anomalies and issues/ concerns to the Site Technical Supervisor. Follow up to ensure these are resolved.

Working in TCO Flange Management QC department on FGP - Read drawings - Perform flange take offs and independently input specified data into flange management system. - Drawing correction/updating. Marking up drawings (independent I.D) carry over work. Work pack/Test pack creation. Database population Work flow control Detailed technical report writing Fault finding in inspection of joints Identification of remedial work Complete daily operational reports and issue to the Site Technical Supervisor Conduct data mapping and mark-up isometric drawings.

Operator of High pressure (DECON) water jetting: 1) High pressure cleaning and chemical preservation of pipelines (for oil and gas plant) with a size between 3 inch-48 inch using Jetstream UnX4215, UnX4220 and Jetstream 200HP 40K Unit’s with Volvo Engine and 2”, 4”, 6” badgers and HP gun’s; 2) Maintenance of High pressure water jetting equipment; "Halliburton" location “TCO FGP Ersai” (Aktau, Kuryk).
