MaerskOil Kazakhstan GmbH , Aktau, Kazakhstan Rotating Equipment Engineer, Maintenance Department Activities: is to improve the efficiency of the maintenance system, facilities and develop strategies to increase the overall reliability as well as safety of equipment, personnel and repair process of rotating equipment. The work is to involve practical, hands-on problem-solving, the supervision of maintenance and technical staff and liaising closely with suppliers, customers, other departments and managers. Moreover, my role is to connect field operations with the maintenance organization, ensuring minimal downtime and failure rates, maximizing equipment productivity.
