Enhance Businessline safety standards and general procedures such as work permit, process safety, hazards identification, risk management, emergency preparedness etc. Developing loss prevention, fire prevention and safety standards, procedures and General Instructions (GIs) for matters not already addressed by existing resources. Providing advice and consultation to Upstream management as requested to facilitate Safety Management System (SMS) enhancement. Develop critical safety documents for major activities such as job safety analysis and hazards identification plans. Assisting departments in preparing for major safety review such as loss prevention compliance reviews. Researches emerging safety technologies and conducts feasibility studies and cost analyses to identify improved solutions to existing safety problems and emerging regulatory requirements. Acting as an expert process safety resource for risk identification and mitigation during design, construction, commissioning, turn-over to operations, on-going operations, management of change and decommissioning of facilities. Developing and delivering safety training materials and safe work procedures to the field personnel. Instructing on safety concepts, practices and standards (both on-the-job and classroom based). Directing and participating in the preparation of major reference manuals documenting corporate and LPD safety systems, policies, and procedures (e.g., LP Policy, SMS manual, Safety Handbook, Construction Safety Manual). Reviews related high-level documents from other organizations or outside parties with potential to impact the safety of company operations as required. Facilitating and leading incident investigations including interviewing witnesses, data gathering and verification and implement a root cause analysis. Facilitating and leading safety audits by identifying areas of non-compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and advise on how to improve existing condition

- Prepare weekly reports for AMT Management in Russian and English languages. - Providing support to the H&S Coaching team through the management and analysis of data related to the Health & Safety performance of AMT. - Provide recommendations that support development of effective strategic, tactical plans and programs. - Collection of data and development of reports on management of critical risk. - Develop, test and document robust analytic models for identifying trends and monitoring performance to facilitate and provide evidence for continual improvement. - Communicate project status information and risks to HSE. - Assist with metric/target development, tracking, and reporting. - Modify and create forms, dashboards, and reports. - Perform ad-hoc analyses in response to customer inquiries. - Review and revise (as needed) historical data points and upload supporting documentation into software.

• Conduct specialized HES reviews, investigations and projects with Business Partner’s (BP’s) and provide technical support during job planning, job execution and post job phase • Evaluate Drilling BPs’ internal/external OE Processes • Evaluate BP’s tracking system utilized for managing HES training data • Get to know BPs’ HES MS • Maintain a tracking system utilized to identify gaps noted during formal and informal reviews • Work with D&C HES Supervisors to develop SMART action items to close gaps identified during action item tracking system evaluations • Share/Discuss non-compliance issues and recommended improvement actions during Drilling HES LT meetings • Daily HES report out during the 05:30 D&C meeting with Drilling Supt’s • Daily SIMOPs report out during the SIMOPs meeting with all involved parties • Supports Emergency Response activities such as Level 1 and Level 2 drills • Critique Level 1 – weekly (Well-sites) • Document drills in tracking database • Participate as controller/observer during Level 2 Drills – bi-quarterly • Hold joint drills with FGP and/or other close by functions • SME for H2S related safety response at the well-sites • Complete PTW/JHA Inspections • Complete Verification and Validations Inspections • Conduct hazard hunts, Verification and Validations Inspections, WRP/PIC assessments • Every shift to participate in safety observation card program • Level 3 and Level 4 Rig Inspections and tracking same • Participate as Team Member for incident investigations • Comply with RoK and D&C HES training requirements

• Conducting Occupational Health & Safety, Fire and Industrial Safety training courses as provided for by TCO training programs; record keeping according to CDG Safety and Compliance process. • Ensuring that handout materials, equipment and training materials required for practical sessions of training courses are checked and prepared; • Ensuring alignment of Safety courses objectives with TCO and RoK regulations requirements; Participating in development of training courses, making recommendations for timely updating course contents; • Conducting training course assessment, suggesting ways of training process improvement; • Undergoing training course certification in time;

• Establish and maintain interfaces with stakeholders of the project. • Develop the project incident and Injury Free Culture. • Maintain regular contact with HES Supervisor in order to communicate project requirements for safety. • Establish a culture where everyone believes that all incidents, injuries and operating disruptions are preventable and that "zero incidents" is possible • Monitor and verify the effectiveness of the implementation and execution of the project HES plan, identifying improvement opportunities. • Conduct and report special HES meetings between the Project and Contractors. • Interface with the HES Supervisor regarding any HES issues related to contractors’ performance, concerns or contractual conflicts. • Assist in developing HES plan that summarizes the HES activities that will be accomplished and implemented during construction. • Expedite the timely closeout of corrective action request. • Assist in managing the outcomes of audits (record, resolve, and investigate non‐conformities). • Monitor contractors’ HES performance and ensure early resolution of issues. • Develop recommendations to improve the HES processes. • Ensure proper close out of all HES issues.
