Coordinate and organise all processes of Customs Audit in Tengizchevroil. Successfully completed 3 times Customs Audit in Tengizchevroil.

To organise work team for preparing the Customs Audit in TCO. Coordinat all audit processes with internal TCO departments and Customs Audit Inspectors.

Working with programs: MatMan, CoreWorx, POL, Ariba JDE/E1, IS ESF Systems, Coordinate all cargo shipments delivering to Tengiz field regarding to imported goods for FGP Project (incoterms FCA, DDP, DAP), coordinate domestics transfers, to control temporary transfers under customs control materials within Kazakhstan and customs union’s countries, and work with customs brokers, warehouse, materials groups. Provide technical data and all necessary info, docs to customs brokers for customs clearance process, provide SNT forms to IS ESF KGD Systems.

Preparation of Checker Packages for all shipment arriving to FGP project to MatMan Group and Construction Compound Warehouse.

Organize all customs clearance procedures regarding to cargo for Tengizchevroil projects (import, export). Prepare Customs Declarations and submit them to customs post.

Prepare Customs Declaration and submit to Customs for clearance. Work with export and import shipment document, goods and prepare customs declaration.

Work with Material Requisitions (MR) from TCO engineers, coordinators and prepare Purchase Requisition (PR). Select correct stock codes in E1 System for required materials. Provide PR to turnaround Buyers for preparing Purchase Order (PO) Work in Ariba System, JDE E1 (eProcurement), Combo, Oracle programms.

Work with all TCO Department Customs Audit Inspection Members, Material Coordinators, engineers regarding to imported materials, goods, equipments for customs audit. Organize customs inspection in TCO projects and provide all satisfied documents with imported goods for customs inspectors during Customs Audit in Tengizchevroil.

To receive Requests for necessary materials from QC/QA Department , after prepare and provide Purchase Requisitions to Procurement Department Organize transportation of construction and all necessary materials for projects located in Tengiz oilfield Advise with QC/QA Department and prepare Materials Request (MR) for necessary materials and send to TCO for approval. To receive materials by S1 from TCO Central Warehouse and TCO Project Warehouse for TCO projects

• To receive Requests for necessary materials from QC/QA Department , after prepare and provide Purchase Requisitions to Procurement Department • Organize all shipment(unloading and offloading process on the barge) processes • Organize transportation of materials from Bautino and Atyrau to D-island. • Organize transport ( crane, forklift and etc.) to collect materials, arriving by barge from West Jetty and arriving materials via helicopter from Atyrau. • Providing weekly Procurement Status Report to Agip KCO • Supply and provide of all necessary materials (including all equipments, consumable materials,PPE for workers, providing of all telecommunication support) for company’s workers on D-island (Kashagan field) • Provide Material Request (MRF ,Purchase Order) for receiving materials from Agip KCO • Daily communication with Agip KCO, KBR warehouse, Saipem expatriate employees, Engineers, Procurement & Expediting Direct works with contractor’s management and personnel on site.

• Interpreting on behalf of Merei Supervisor for all customs clearance progress and issues to clients • DHL Industrial Projects and Tengizchevroil. • Average weekly volume of 500 tns of freight. Arriving by Air / Rail & Road • Discussing of discrepancies in shipping paperwork and providing recommendations to Tengizchevroil. • Communicating ROK customs legislation changes. • Daily liaison with colleagues ( Customs brokers) and customs officials to solve discrepancies. • Daily communication with Tengizchevroil expatriate employees, Engineers, Procurement & Expediting. • Working with DHL MSS Tracking System

Translate all customs clearance documentations (invoice, Purchase Order and Materials Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), all technical documents and etc.)
