E-knot is an application for KSC and OSI (Housing and Utilities) to manage a residential complex. As a UX UI designer I had the task to redesign existing screens and design new sections: registration, personal cabinet, adding properties, settings, news feed and so on. I conducted competitive analysis, A/B testing, benchmarking, made hypotheses to improve user-flow and tested them.
