Receiving, issuing and checking materials of all disciplines

(Recovery Investment Warehouse) Verification of materials description for compliance with data in SAP system (heat No, part No, serial No, PO, triangle) Moving materials within a warehouse, Preparation/collection of materials for delivery / shipment to end users at the plant. Performance of works with observance of safety measures at the workplace. Processing and storage of materials requiring knowledge of spontaneous combustion, toxicity, fragility, perishable, pollution. To have a stock of materials in a warehouse according to requirements and the established procedures. Offer replacement materials in lieu of obsolete materials or in case of emergencies. Control of equipment, tools, furniture and various devices in the warehouse. Ensure proper storage, replacement or repair if necessary Control over the delivery of materials according to the schedule and coordinate the delivery of materials informing stakeholders

Purpose: • To direct and closely monitor the activities being performed on a day to day basis at the warehouses and Lay Down yards at the EW – Karabatan base. • To continuously monitor the Site Contractor’s Warehousing labor force for compliance with procedures for material receiving, well storing with proper preservation for demon materials from DI , providing poper bin location in order to update IPMS system accordingly. • To perform material audits on a continuous basis and identify deficiencies for correction Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities: The job holder is responsible for: • Adhering to and implementing safe practices for the handling of all materials demobilized from DI. • Fulfilling all HSE requirements including HSE Induction. • Closely monitor the Contractor performing a complete and rigorous stock-check of all materials to ensure that the check is done in a controlled and highly disciplined manner • Knowing relevant project procedures of AKCO and Contractors relating to the control of materials • Continuously monitoring Contractors for compliance with procedures for material receipt, quarantine, storage and issue • Closely monitoring the receipt of demob materials and for correct placement into controlled storage or quarantine • Closely monitoring the status of the materials with proper classification against the type. • Closely monitoring the transfer of materials from the point of issue through to offshore installation in case the items is required . • Closely monitoring materials placed into quarantine by Contractors and the preparation of OS&D reports • Closely monitoring that OS&D reports are closed-out properly and that the associated materials are placed into storage in a controlled manner • Monitoring records of materials in Contractors’ material control systems • Closely monitoring that all required documentation for traceability is under control by Contractors and to expedite any omissions with the Contractors and/or with AKCO’s project organization • Reviewing status reports on materials prepared by Contractors for completeness and accuracy • Identifying where corrective actions are required by Contractors and following-up to ensure such actions are closed-out properly • Monitoring the condition of materials for preservation and taking appropriate actions to ensure that materials are preserved • Performing audits on material control systems by carrying-out physical checks of materials in storage and/or quarantine • Supporting the Materials Manager and Warehousing Coordinators. • Preparing reports for management on Warehousing activities. • Taking a proactive approach to ensure that all aspects of materials and related documentation under control at all times • Actively communicating across the project organization to assist in the resolution of issues. Staff Responsibilities: The job holder is responsible for: • Implementing AKCO management objectives for material control • Supporting the collective materials activity. • Interfacing with Contractors in order to fulfill responsibilities.
