Control all Commissioning Equipments and Tools

Coordination and prepares of materials as per MTO to Construction Group. Works with Planning and Scheduling Group to ensure materials required are staged at the job site when required on request of Planning and Scheduling Specialists. Monitors available of materials in the warehouse , Controls receipt of materials to warehouse and addition of these materials and spare parts to E1. Coordinates actions with Project and Construction Engineers to ensure timely delivery of requested materials. Coordinates technical decisions on material replacement with Construction and Engineering Groups. Carries out expanded search of material in Tengiz warehouses prior to direct purchase of materials in the market, including alternative replacement. Cooperate with Procurement Department on all issues of forwarding orders. Cooperates with Storage Facilities Group to eliminate satelite warehouses and return these materials to stock. Develops close multi functional relations with other groups and departments who require consultations while working with materials. Prepares various types of reports, schedules and material summaries. Provide required assistance when shipping equipment that is in zone of his/her responsibility outside TCO, as well as outside Kazakhstan.

• Provide assistance and support to Engineer during manifold construction and upgrade. • Ensure compliance of check list within Contractor company business process to prevent departures from construction schedule. • Coordinate with Contractor on engineering work as a part of support for order and acquisition of materials required for execution of construction work. • Coordinate work with warehouse to expedite order and acquisition of materials. • Communication with respective owners of materials supplies and material coordinators for uninterrupted supply with materials and resources during manifold construction and upgrade. • Consulting and analysis of materiel supplies flow within the project of manifold construction and upgrade. • Perform physical verification of materials for compliance with their technical specification and description. • Submit special on-occasion and periodic reports on materiel supplies flow. • Work with database within JDE system to search for and identify materials. • Submit reports and monitor timely processing of project documentation as a part of manifold construction and upgrade. • Control over maintenance of required project documentation register for the disciplines under the project. As well as execution of other multiple tasks and directions received from Engineer in relation to the project activities on manifold construction and upgrade

Ensure Subcontractors Maintains an accurate account and inventory of all extra materials purchased (Surplus) Assists in transportation of Subcontractor materials to construction site from storage yard Review and assist Subcontractor with necessary forms for control and traceability of materials and equipment as required for the Project Assures proper storage and handling of Project assets at the various Project/Construction sites by the Subcontractors Travels to other sites as required for Material and equipment oversight Able to immediately recognize typical construction Material types and differences Proactively investigates outstanding items or concerns as related to duty assignment, Provides timely responses to requests from Project Team members for Material and equipment location or status updates Provides complete traceability of material items from Purchase Order to shipment to the job site Works closely with and monitor Subcontractor’s Material Management and QA/QC department activities Works closely with and maintains contact with Subcontractor personnel as required Update and provide progress reports as required by the Construction Manager and Project Team

Scheduling and Reporting of Plant Area Maintenance Activities Assist to Coordinator and Engineer development and implementation of plans that belong to maintenance such as: • Preventive Maintenance of equipment • Corrective Maintenance activities • Total and Partial Shut Down Activities Provide the PICO (Problem, Inspection,Corrective and etc.)reports. Responsible for initial screening of incoming work orders of Instrument, Electrical & Mechanical crew, identification of scope, and analysis of required level of planning. Track materials and update the status in support of the planning activities. Print of Datasheets, P&D and etc. Identifies specific safety hazards that will be encountered in the performance of the proposed work. Makes safety procedures, including lock - out/tag-out procedures available to employees. ensures that all aspects of the existing company safety policy are incorporated into the job plan. Estimates required hours on work order tasks, total work order duration, and skills required to perform the task. Plans jobs with appropriate level of detail for the given skilled trades workforce. Determines and includes QA/QC requirements on job. Procured equipment and specialized tools required to perform work. Gathers necessary engineering or technical documents, specifications, and drawing. Upon completion of jobs, communicates with skilled trades regarding ideas and procedures that would make future jobs more efficient. Coordinates priority setting with the management team - places specific emphasis on obtaining the input of operations personnel in the setting of priorities . Keeps bills of materials current. Responsible for equipment and repair parts data entry and management. Participates in outage planning activites such as scope identification and control, scheduling, coordination, risk assessment, execution, and continuous improvement. Communicates with contractor resources directly on specific work orders assigned to the contractors and the performance expectations of the work order.
