Development & execution of project procurement plan, negotiations & contract conclusion with supplier, parts ordering (for GE, Fr#6, Fr#5 gas turbines ), to provide all necessary ( Rotating equipment spare parts ) on time for Turnarounds in karabatan, Kashagan offshore Expediting & goods tracking during all transportations process, Quote evaluation & PO placement, Resolution of various quiries related to material orders, Physical goods receipts & issues stock control Responsible for work & cooperation with NCOC buyers & EthosEnergy Europe in order to provide timely transportation logistics & expediting services for the goods being procured by NCOC procurement department Also responsible for repairment of CAPITAL parts : *receiving capital parts from site *preparing all the shipping docs for transportation of the goods *working with custom broker and carrier *receiving inspection reports for capital parts from suppliers and review *revise the Purchase order with new price according to inspection reports * after repair completion suppliers should provide with final reports * preparing all return docs from supplier facility * to provide all necessary docs to custom broker and carrier to get it delivered to KZ

1)Work closely with TCO(TengizCheroil) buyers, who are raising Purchase orders for materials, 2)Work closely with Bertling Specialist in Europe who is controlling Ocean freights to European ports , They are providing us with all shipments details, which is going to be released from EUR ports to Tengiz field 3)As soon as I get shipment details, check all PO’s, compare with invoices &with packing list , proforma’s, then put all shipment details in TCO /Bertling tracking system, so TCO buyers can see all info’s 4)Raise a card for all PO’s in tracking report system, 5)Track all the way Truck or Rail transportation from Europe to Tengiz site 6)When the materials reach Tengiz , we check if the POs arrived totally 7)Make reception in the system when the material gets to Tengiz , so the accountant can make payments

March 2008 – April 2011 I worked for “Schlumberger international company” as a Warehouse supervisor (Supply chain specialist) in Aktobe & Aktau region. in 2008 I started working as Warehouseman in Aktobe base, five months later I had a training, I had been taught all the assets belong to (DST/TCP, Testing, Oilphase, and Slickline segments) and the parts for assets with all management programs, Then I was appointed as Warehouse supervisor. 2003-2007 Worked for “Nabors Drilling international company", This is an American oil drilling company, When I was hired in June 2003 I started working as Warehouse supervisor assistant, one year later I was appointed as Warehouse supervisor,(supply chain specialist ), My job responsibilities a) to order parts according to min/max of SI and requested parts for the rigs, I had been ordering parts for main assets for “CANRIG TOP drive”, “EMSCO FB-1600 triplex Mud pumps”, “Shale shakers”, “CAT engines”,and CAMERON BOP. I ordered the parts for those assets directly from main manufacturers (USA, Canada, & Europe) for the office supplies, parts of vehicles and engine, gear ,transmission oils I had been using local suppliers. b) To track all the way transportation from Manufacturer to the Rig site (International orders were sending by Ocean Freights or AirFreights) sometimes we used “Panalpina international transportation company” to get the orders from international manufacturers c) To ensure Equipment documentations for custom clearance d) To work closely with Rig manager, Driller, mechanic and Electrician to ensure that adequate quantities of spare parts are readily available and that they are ordered, received and issued properly. e) After receiving the ordered parts in Rig, I arrange the parts by category properly in store, I had been using tags with full description and with PO numbers for each parts f) to issue the parts from store, and also issue it from computer, with reason why it was requested g) Take physical Warehouse inventory, In 2005 year I had been transferred to Aktau city (schedule:5/2) to work as Warehouse supervisor to look after four rigs, I had worked in Aktau for two years, In 2007 December I quitted from the company.
