2003-2007 Worked for “Nabors Drilling international company", This is an American oil drilling company, When I was hired in June 2003 I started working as Warehouse supervisor assistant, one year later I was appointed as Warehouse supervisor,(supply chain specialist ), My job responsibilities a) to order parts according to min/max of SI and requested parts for the rigs, I had been ordering parts for main assets for “CANRIG TOP drive”, “EMSCO FB-1600 triplex Mud pumps”, “Shale shakers”, “CAT engines”,and CAMERON BOP. I ordered the parts for those assets directly from main manufacturers (USA, Canada, & Europe) for the office supplies, parts of vehicles and engine, gear ,transmission oils I had been using local suppliers. b) To track all the way transportation from Manufacturer to the Rig site (International orders were sending by Ocean Freights or AirFreights) sometimes we used “Panalpina international transportation company” to get the orders from international manufacturers c) To ensure Equipment documentations for custom clearance d) To work closely with Rig manager, Driller, mechanic and Electrician to ensure that adequate quantities of spare parts are readily available and that they are ordered, received and issued properly. e) After receiving the ordered parts in Rig, I arrange the parts by category properly in store, I had been using tags with full description and with PO numbers for each parts f) to issue the parts from store, and also issue it from computer, with reason why it was requested g) Take physical Warehouse inventory, In 2005 year I had been transferred to Aktau city (schedule:5/2) to work as Warehouse supervisor to look after four rigs, I had worked in Aktau for two years, In 2007 December I quitted from the company.
