During the project
- provided recommendations on updating the Company's IR policies and procedures
- carried out work on the selection of representatives of the working committee of the Company
- conducted site visits and interviews at the workplaces of the Company's employees, employees of subcontractors and other persons involved in the project
- assessed potential IR issues for the production activities of the project, identified conflict situations in the workplace, and took measures to resolve them
- maintained communication and business relations with representatives of the Working Committee of the Company, representatives of TCO, Business Partners
Daily
- checked the compliance of working conditions with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan at work sites
- coordinated labor relations and social issues between the Employer and Employees
Monthly
- held meetings with the Representatives of the working committee and the Management of the Company. Drafted the minutes of the Working Committees, hung them in the working areas, brought them to the attention of employees and representatives of TCO IR
- Conducted unscheduled meetings as needed

- considered the appeals and complaints of employees regarding accommodation, transport, food, payment, etc.
- resolved issues related to labor, intercultural and interpersonal relations of employees
- advised departments, disciplines and employees of the Company on the Labor Code RoK on the performance of their labor functions and duties
- provide recommendations to Employees and the Employer on resolving labor disputes, social issues, conflicts and complaints
- checked the instructions, regulations, procedures, acts of the Employer and other documents for compliance with the Labor Code of the RoK
- Was a representative of the Company at the Meetings of the Work Committees in subcontracting companies
- provided management with action plans and recommendations in circumstances where there was a violation of the working environment, in cases of manifestations of labor disputes, conflicts and in cases of strike

- conducted internal investigations on disciplinary offenses and violations of employees, provided recommendations to the Company's Management

- Participated in project work assigned to HR/IR Manager, provided support to HR department and Admins on the project
