•To control and integrate acceptance documentation on all the disciplines, as required by the procedure. •To assist in sorting out the issues related to integrating and preparing acceptance documentation as well as quality control Documentation, when required. •To create initial indexes of quality control documentation. To update indexes according to comments and changes in the project and re-issue them when required. •To issue requirements to acceptance documentation on a working package or on systems/subsystems •Control for inputting and maintaining accurate and valid quality record via the welding and NDT database follows the fundamental requirement to insure that only verified & authorized data is presented for input and the implementation of operation checks to validate the date after input. The following are main guidelines the data entry operations in NEWS/Talisman Quality Control: •Welder log (Welding Procedure Specs WPS), pass type of qualification GTAW, SMAW, Wall thickness they can weld) •Evaluate Daily welding reports and NDT reports. NDT reports represent a project specific required testing percentage for the given specs criteria such as Ultrasonic Test, Radiographic Test, Hardness Test, Magnetic Test, Penetrant Test (UT, RT, HT, MT, PT)…Daily Welding Report maintaining the welders records well as the production of welds drawing number, weld number, WPS, weld number per ROOT,HOT,FILL, CAP, type dia, thick of joint… •Identify required corrections where necessary, return faulty reports to Inspectors, input data where possible •Ensure that isometric drawing list exactly matches the Weld Mapped Isometric Drawings in the Hydrotest Package •collect the data from all departments such as Material, Engineering, Hydrо test •Updating Database to any modification and changes By Engineering Department •Interface with the Client, QC and IT groups daily to provide quality technical support •Check each weld on each isometric drawing, to find out a heat numbers reading isometric, able to find out terms like Pipe support, spool, weldolet, elbow, tee, flange, valve, vessel, field weld, shop weld reading isometric and field material. •Checkking, General,Сoncrete,Welding,Weld joints, Incoming logs

•Control of maintaining all technical documentation in the process of painting, installation, pipeline welding. •Control of correctness pipeline installation in accordance with the project and specifications of TCO, SNIP RK. •Maintaining of welding databases. •Inspection of welding logs, forms and visual inspections. •Monitoring of materials for compliance to certificates. •Drawing up and selection the Test package, technical certificates of piping. •Monitoring and inspection of Hydro / Pneumatic tests, bolt tightening. •Experience with pipefittings and valve, stainless steel, polyethylene. •Checking the log of the current drawing. •Ensure that the materials for assembly are issued in accordance with the requirements of the drawings. •Check the accuracy of the location the axial line in accordance with the drawings •Detailed checking the work drawings of the manufacturer's and that the marked site drawings are correct and in complete set. •Visual inspections of welded joints. •Check that the qualification of welders consistent with the worksheet. •Checking of the temperature correctness of preheating. •Prior to the pressure test to check availability and accuracy of all statements and or filling of the documentation set for the completion of installation works. •Check out the measuring equipment was calibrated. •Visually check the labels numbers and markings •Check out materials certification •Check out certification on Hit numbers
