Responsible for completing environmental inspections of contractors to ensure project requirements are implemented Completing ELC inspection reports/SV(check-it) and inputting findings into FAT and further distribution to Business partner and tracking the findings till closure Assisting contractors on site to meet best practice environmental management Attending BPs’ toolbox talks on site to assist in meeting best practice environmental management Ensuring BPs are operating within agreed land allocations/allotments Responsible for weekly report to HES analyst with accurate ELC statistics data and appropriate ‘hot’ topic or outstanding on-site issues which need improvement Maintain FAT and send reminders to BPs about open issues, due dates to prevent overdue events Review BP pre-construction environmental surveys Spill management, response and reporting Coordination of management/disposal of contaminated soil & groundwater Oversight and monitoring of waste management practices and collection on the worksite Company oversight of monitoring/management of cultural heritage fences/signs (within or in near work vicinity) Ensuring Contractors are complying with Cultural Heritage protective measures (Excavation Permit, cultural heritage map in place, oversight during excavation etc.) Participate and support emergency response drills Build strong positive relationships with Contractor representatives to influence actions.

- Responsible for managing the implementation of ELC control measures in compliance with Contractor Implementation Plan on site along with sub-contractor’s performance on all project construction activities; - Leads ELC for the Construction and Hook-Up Team. - Ensures that an overall construction work scope is clearly defined, finalized and in compliance with ELC requirements; - Ensures all departments are aware of relevant ELC control measure and responsibilities through effective training and communication; - Leads the implementation of the ELC CIP and including any associated procedures. - Coordinates the development and continual improvement of the management system and associated procedures, registers, and reports. - Produces internal and COMPANY ELC reports for delivery to the Project Manager; - Provides advice to the project management team relating to ELC implementation and compliance with RoK environmental regulation; - Leads internal ELC Audits as per the audit schedule and produces audit reports to be delivered to project management; - Liaises with COMPANY’s ELC team for all related issues; - Ensures that ELC incidents are reported to COMPANY as per the approved procedure - Leads the investigation of ELC incidents - Compile reports to HES Manager with relation to ELC performance; - Ensures that Pre-construction surveys are completed before construction starts. - Participates in the development and implementation of ELC related plans and procedures; - Conducts daily, weekly, monthly field inspections and Audits of work activities against the requirements of the ELC management system to ensure that controls are being implemented; - Maintains Field Action Tracking Register of ELC related activities; - Compiles NCR (non-conformance report) and CAR (action report) reports based on the results of routine inspections; - Provides toolbox talks and ELC training; - Support HSE Training Coordinator during session and specific ELC Training's; - Report & Investigate ELC related incidents; - Direct liaison with the construction team with regards to field issues; - Keeps the construction team informed of onsite issues. - Undertakes regular site visits with the construction supervisor to raise awareness of ELC issues.

- Develops and implements systems for managing and monitoring programs to ensure compliance with Client and regulatory ELC obligations. -Communicate effectively at all levels within the organization to obtain insights into ongoing ELC performance, to influence operations for constant performance improvements and to improve awareness. - Is able to fulfill the duties of an Onshore ELC Officer. - Delivers ELC training sessions that will instruct in a range of ELC issues. - Prepare and maintain project ELC management plans and procedures. - Collate and verify the data for ELC monthly report and KPIs. - Carry out scheduled site visits/ inspections/audits. - Collect and collate relevant data for RoK compliance. - Develop Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when required. - Ensures that all the ELC programs, monitoring and audits are implemented. - Keeps Construction Site personnel updated about project specific ELC procedures and instructions (includes inductions). - Communicates with Construction Site Supervisors; provides the feedback based on the observations, suggests improvement proposals. - Raising the level of the ELC awareness and implementation of mitigation measures - Conduct joint project inspections to verify continual and effective compliance to the ELC Policy and this ELCIP. - Register and report on worker related issues (this includes preparing details for inclusion in the monthly ELC report). - Implement and communicate worker relation measures on the project. - Report and monitor the worker relations KPIs established in this document in a timely manner. - Carry out Worker Relation training such as the Workplace Induction & Toolbox talks
