Provide technical and engineering support to Commissioning Group, by liaising with Project Contractors and Client Team to deliver quality, cost and schedule objectives for the Bozshakol Process Plant and Infrastructure; Reporting to the Commissioning Manager, be the Clients Site Commissioning representative for Mechanical and Piping areas for the Bozshakol Project.

While working as a Mechanical Engineer carried out the following work: • Performance of commissioning of the mechanical equipment on site (team work or by oneself); • Interaction with contractors on mechanics; • Control over that a construction/testing /start-up and adjustment were executed safely and effectively; • Maintaining test documents of the project (corrected executive documentation, repair lists etc.; Conduct site inspection; Inspection of equipment like horizontal and vertical centrifugal pumps, centrifugal compressors leveling and alignments of different types; Mechanical completion: Mechanical cleaning of pipe-work and new vessels where required, completion of Mechanical Completion Checklists, Clearance of Punch lists. Commissioning: Valve stroking – checking operability of control valves and validating their control room indicators, Rotating – verifying that motors rotate in the correct direction (bumping), Lube-oil system pickling, flushing & circulation as required, Lubrication – First Fill of oil sumps and greasing of bearings, Checking the proper operation of lubricating oil systems. No load running of motors. No load testing and confirmation of safety shutdown systems. Load testing of cranes and lifting appliances Clearing of all construction and commissioning punch-lists. Commissioning: Accept the formal handover of systems and equipment from Construction Contractors; Execute all Pre Start-up Activities and Operational Test Procedures (System testing, logic & sequences, etc), Execute plant Integrated Testing and obtain RoK approval, Execution of commissioning engineering prior to commencing commissioning, Executing commissioning activities as detailed in procedures, compiling handover documentation. Witness and acceptance of commissioning activities. Executed all operation documentation in accordance with requirements of regulatory technical documentation and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for dynamic equipment, industrial pipe-lines, working under pressure vessels and subjection to registration according with RoK “Rules for Design and Safe Operation of Pressure Vessels”. Controlled planned and preventive equipment repairing operations in work technology cycle of a company and during all the production suspension for planned repairing. Developed projects of manufacture (Method Statement) of works and controlled contractors’ works at technology furnaces repairing, industrial pipe-lines, vertical steel vessels (tanks), vessels, pumping-compressor equipment.

Leading the data entry group and also responsible for day to day data entry for all the approved day work sheets for Manpower / Equipments and Materials. Keeping a filing system to have all the necessary documents to be retrievable and easy to find. Translation between our QC expatriate inspectors and local / foreign contractor representatives. Interpret corrected isometric drawings; oversee weld data loading into NEWS Evaluate and enter daily welding / NDE reports, identify required corrections where necessary, return faulty reports to contractor, input data where possible Select random NDE as required to ensure that all random NDE requirements for Non-Radiographic NDE are met or exceeded Run NDE selection reports and issue to contractor File NDE reports, RT film and daily weld reports Evaluate Hydrotest Packages as submitted for NDE Clearance Ensure that isometric drawing list exactly matches the Weld Mapped Isometric Drawings in the Hydrotest Package Ensure that the isometric drawing list in the Hydrotest Package exactly matches isometric drawing list in the NEWS Program Perform weekly surveillances, as required, of all reports related to data listed above of Contractor filing systems to ensure that all original reports are organized and retrievable Create reports as required using Microsoft Access, Word, Excel or other specified programs Assist Contractor's NDE Clearance activities as required, controlling and expediting documentation corrections

Ensure that the isometric drawing list in the Hydrotest Package exactly matches isometric drawing list in the NEWS Program Perform weekly surveillances, as required, of all reports related to data listed above of Contractor filing systems to ensure that all original reports are organized and retrievable
